Des weiteren brauche ich den Finanzbericht der Jahre 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.

Des weiteren brauche ich ein Nachlassverzeichnis, dass alle Konten und Kontostände enthält.

Des weiteren müssen Sie die Kautionskonto auszahlen, Herr G. wartet immer noch auf seine Auszahlung.

Des weiteren brauche ich den Steuerbericht der Crédit Suisse von 2021, damit ich meine ESt 2021 machen kann!

Ihre passive Aggression ist inakzeptabel und wird von mir als Zersetzungsstrategie empfunden, die politisch motiviert ist.

Dies wird von mir international dokumentiert!

Dr. Exner ist Anwalt für Handelsrecht, seinen Tätigkeit als Testamentsvollstrecker hat aber mit seinem Beruf nichts zu tun, den Testamentsvollstrecker kann jeder werden. Es nützt also nichts sich wegen dieser Angelegenheit bei der Anwaltskammer zu beschweren. Jedoch wenn es über Testamentsvollstreckung Betrug betreibt, dann ist seinen Lizenz als Anwalt weg!

Dear Sir or Madam,

for almost 5 years now, Dr. Stefan Exner in Dessau Germany, fails to compile a detailed asset list of the inheritance “Meyer-Stoll”, he fails to report in yearly statements the inheritance’s overall value, damage me as heiress by destroying funds of over €10.000,- through malperformance, fails to pay security deposits back to my tenants.

Dr. Stefan Exner is acting negligent, “passive aggressive” and fraudulent and therefore should not at all perform in the authority of a lawyer.
The hired lawyer Fr. Kühn from Königstein, she also fails to do justice, the judges in Königstein falsely claim Exner does nothing wrong, they cannot be taken seriously and therefore all further legal action was stopped.

The fact that Exner and his legal infrastructure’s malperformance is covered-up by authority in Germany is proof that there is a bigger issue.

I suspect a systematic fraud scheme in regards to inheritances through authorities in Germany.

Please investigate in regards to this case!
