Dear Sir or Madam: I inherited as sole heiress the assets of Rosemarie and Klaus Meyer-Stoll in Königstein-Taunus German in 2017. There is a legal will written by Notary Mr. Huth also in Königstein -Taunus. Until today, the executor of the will Dr. Stefan Exner of Dessau has not yet provided an asset list with account and balances. He manages stock under the name of the deceased instead of transferring them to me. He withdrew 1 Million Euro from an account at Credit Suisse in Basel (Mr. Sommer) without giving any financial report. He did pay the inheritance tax and collected his fee without giving any yearly financial reports. He refuses to cooperate in providing information that I need for my tax returns in Germany and the USA. Immediately after receiving the inheritance, Germany revoked my German passport in January 2018, after having dual citizenship for 5 years. I am born in Germany and received the US citizenship in 2013. In spite of factual unlawful behavior of Dr. Stefan Exner, the judges in Königstein Taunus cannot find anything wrong in Dr. Exner’s doings. The fact that Exner’s unlawful doings are covered-up by German authorities points to a bigger problem: the execution of a will in Germany ends after 30 years, after which the German state cannot access any of its values. That means that all assets reported or not are whitewashed after 30 years. Please investigate in the wrongdoings of Dr. Stefan Exner and authorities in Germany.
