The German justice system in the year 2022 A.D. is not at all a system that produces the product justice. It is a parasitic system. I guess whisked shit hit the fan of the Honecker Family strategy. Symptoms are: the German justice and administration system produces a deadlock by running citizens in circles. Deadlines for citizens are ignored e.g. the right to obtain information, and citizens are forced to obey deadlines by force and penalties of the administration. In other words the right of German citizens are ignored and countered by deadlines and penalties until they are forced to give up. This is a sure process to derail the justice seeking citizen. The corruption of the legal system then is parasitic: appraiser are paid by the legal system to justify their own corruption which is a win-win for the justice system and the appraiser. Appraiser and prosecutor successfully milking the cow each pulling their string. The justice seeking citizen then becomes a customer of other administrative function which try milking the cow again. For the citizen it is a no-win situation in comparison to the win-win of administrative functions. A system like this will attract citizens that are still able to profit from its benefits and it will drive out citizens that seek justice beyond parasitic win-win behavior. Symptoms are destruction of wealth and well being.

Symptoms of parasitic and cannibalistic system are destruction of wealth and well being. The win-win in the Russia-Ukraine conflict is the agreement to disagree, meaning no negotiations to get it started and to keep it running. The destruction of wealth and well-being is cost for the war profiteers on both sides. The cannibalistic approach of so called primitive cultures (Robinson Crusoe, Friday the chosen food) becomes global strategy. In Psychology the scapegoat is the carrier of all bad symptoms of the group. However the scapegoat in so called primitive cultures really is the weakest of that group, they decided to eat. The people of Ukraine are the scapegoat. Bon Appetit!
