St Vincent hospital fails to send medical records that have been requested 6 month ago.

How much stupidification do you impose on the public eye?

The medical records were requested in November 28, 2022, status requests in January and February 2023 remain unanswered until today. A paper application was send to the hospital. The staff member “Audrey” failed to answer Emails adressed to her.

In June 2023 another staff member recommends to repeat the request online, since they don’t have any open request for this case.

The medical records were requested again through their Website.

In a paper letter they say:

St Vincent refuses to send medical records for the reason to submit specific documents.

However those specific documents have been submitted which is clearly visible in the denial letter that states they aren’t. This is clearly asking for the “Computer Detectives Fucking-Stupid Award”.

Is this violating patients rights?

A heath care industry that is making money , is this heath care industry still accountable to its customer, the patient and his/her family? I don’t think so.

A healthcare system that allows a deadly virus to spread globally and that fails to be accountable to the family of the diseased after collecting 100k in three days for treatment. Paying the doctor 10k incentive for each person that died through the pandemic. So 10 diseased patients what do they do? Pay off the mortgage for the medical professionals, no questions asked?

This heath care industry is clearly loosing the trust of its customers.
