The accidents and red flag mess at the end of the 2023 Indy500 looks like a failure in propper procedures : as a non-expert I expect the lap count being reduced only on a green flag. The officials have to ask themselves why they are counting down the race when it is actually not in place. I go to the supermarket to get my milk, remember the guy who said he only drinks champagne to save water. And it should be buttermilk instead of 2%, my mother’s favorite, she never had a driver’s license. Anyways, the Indy500 was a great event and one item off our bucket list.
