My last analysis being on a SAP job to rectify the error pattern documented in this blog, ended with the question about errors in ISO standards. Switzerland is not responsible for the consistency if the ISO Standards, I was told at the time , the participating countries are. Well if you are in a responsible role and you are not executing this responsibility you are failing. It’s either responsibility or a system glitch. Or what else? Corruption and intent goes to responsibility.

Also when I was on SAP projects I was told often, people are just too stupid. This was said to justify system errors without correcting them. It was easy to proof that it was an excuse for systematic wrongdoing because: people are not that stupid. Even better, they will proof it to you.
