Why is the German legal system unable to correct the unlawful behavior of an executor? There are laws in the US e. g. to send taxpayers their documentation within January for each year so they can finish their tax return within April of each year. Germany in comparison doesn’t provide legislation for a tax payer to receive proper documentation in a timely manner, if there is a complete failure for documentation being provided this corrupted legal system declares nothing was done wrong. That doesn’t prevent authorities in Germany to send fines for not presenting a tax return. Can I use travel expense for collecting tax relevant documentation as a tax deductible? Can I use the cost of German legislation not doing it’s work it is obligated to by law for tax deductible ? Taxes are paid so that work is done for citizens, if authorities (in Germany) fail to do their work, do I get my taxes back, or can I charge authorities for the cost that incurred? Administration in Germany is a self-serving establishment working against the taxpayer they live from : a system that is setup to collapse. Not really selling weapons to destroy human live will always increase the balance sheet of any such country.

Janet Louise Yellen. How are you? The national debt in the USA is close to $100,000.- per American. Why should Americans pay taxes if the government is spending more than the people even can pay back. Implement a national bankruptcy law instead. That’s what other organizations have to do when the capacity of borrowing money is exhausted. There is student loan forgiveness, then just erase the national debt the same way. Write it off like doubtful liabilities or whatever it is when customers cannot pay.
