WordPress offers a donation function for recurring donations. This donation function connects to Stripe. However there is no functionality available to cancel a recurring donation. How can this be?

A recurring donation is a contract or subscription and in this test scenario it cannot be canceled, since the functionality to cancel it is not available. Why is there no reply from customer service?

WordPress doesn’t reply other than with stereotype recommendations that don’t apply to the reported problem.

Finally I get a Email response that points me in the right direction and the issue is solved.
