It makes sense to introduce a new tax to give a government feedback of an existing monetary flow, besides the fact to collect money. However false labeling is a crime. To use the word tax for a financial process that clearly is not a tax at all is what we all already know : corruption that destroys the system in the long run : sit back, relax and enjoy the show. Now why is the so called tax not a tax : we know about sales tax or in Europe Mehrwertsteuer, that is indeed a tax. Now imagine a thief robbs goods and for those robbed items a tax is applied. That is plain abuse of power and the tax process. To call it reparations would need to explain the political process. What von der Leyen and her puppetmasters are trying is already known as Merkel’s Solidaritätsbeitrag, a tax that was a cover-up for reparations from West-Germany to East-Germany and that proved to be bullshitting the people because after 25 years it still exists. It is booty or spoils of war, it has nothing to do with properly defined tax, it is abuse of power and the right to charge taxes. To charge taxes is associated with proper jurisdiction, which is clearly not the case here, that however doesn’t bother those inventive idiots. Why idiots? Because it will and does break the financial system like any arbitrariness does. For this so called windfall tax there is no proper jurisdiction in place. How are they doing it anyways? By abuse of manipulation technologies like already documented with Exner breaking the law and getting away with it.
