I opened an account with Forum Credit Union under the condition that the account should not allow any overdraft. The company couldn’t implement that requirement. When the account went in overdraft for about a hundred $, the company sends an information about a $120 fee for overdraft. Then they send an information that the negative balance, that they should never gave allowed, will cause the account to close and an entry to be send to a ChexSytems.
How fucking-stupid is that? I have a masters degree in computer science and it is a beginner’s exercise to program the requirement I have as a bank customer.
There is intentional and malicious wrongdoing to trap you as a customer into debt.
Forum Credit Union and other such financial institutions earned today’s “Computer Detectives Fucking-Stupid Award”. Where shall I send it?
