A package was supposed to be delivered on January 5th. Neither the online service, nor a phone call or any other USPS service could make this package available for redelivety. The Website doesn’t work , the human on the telefon doesn’t hear, the line is bad. The adress for the pickup post office is across town, they tell us to go to our local post office. We did and got our parcel.
Everybody was friendly.
