Customer Service Amazon.

Jumping between Europe and the United States, I have one Amazon account that connects either through the country of Germany or through the country of The United States of America.

Two subscription are deducted from my bank account in Germany. The subscription is not visible looking at my account from the US.

There is no Email available to resolve this issue and cancel the subscription.

There is no online function available since the subscription don’t show in the US.

How do I resolve this issue? I have to fly to Germany?

When changing the account to Germany the two subscription appear, however they cannot be canceled, the online service gives you a runaround. This is illegal!

The clock is ticking for this application for the

“Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.

Well after many stupid online options, I was able to cancel the Amazon Prime subscription.

Now how do I cancel the Amazon Music subscription?

It is not possible, the Website for cancelation goes to an unavailability or undefined link.

You have 24 hours…

The 24 hours have passed and the music subscription on the Amazon Website for Germany could not be canceled, furthermore customer service cannot be reach with the available link. This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.

In Mai 2024 back again in Germany, it is not possible to cancel the Music subscription.

However I removed all credit and bank cards.

Finally this problem is solved.
