I am not using Facebook and I didn’t use WhatsApp for a really long time.

Why because you subscribe to surrender your data and photos to a company and you loose all control what is done with it.

The data is used to come up with artificial intelligence algorithms and some companies are selling it to other companies. It’s all to better serve the consumer. The food industry makes you fat, the pharmaceutical industries slims you down, everybody makes money, everybody is happy.

Is it right? Absolutely not.

Here is the situation for Facebook customer service.

The account of a deceased person is still active after two years the surviving spouse uses it as if nothing happened.

The surviving spouse is not knowledgeable to change the status of the account and quiet happy to have the account as a communication platform for family and friends. Hiding behind a dead person. Bird on the wire.

So, I am not surprised to see that after two years phone calls for the deceased are still coming in. The deceased isn’t here, the reply is. The correct answer is, sorry he/she passed away please make a note in your records.

Or does it help to have the voice of your loved one after a breakup or a death on the answering machine and listen to it forever. Maybe, there are always the published products to listen to, should they exist.

Facebook cannot be contacted by Email, there has to be a Facebook account to contract them?

I cannot resolve this issue.

How do you build a new life with someone if you cannot get rid of the past because of insufficient Internet processes?
