A phone company that cannot be reached by phone, is this artifical intelligence, I call it automated stupidification.

A simple request like this cannot be resolved in a timely manner, this is absolutely unacceptable!

I have a masters degree in computer science and I would fire the IT manager over system malfunctions like this.

On 6/6/2024 finally I go to a Verizon store, the clerk calls customer service and they are able to tell me the voicemail pin.

Issue resolved, why did it take so much effort?
