Dr. Stefan Exner is executor of the Meyer-Stoll inheritance, stock under the name of the deceased are still at Crédit Suisse / USB.

Exner is violating the Germany BGB law about how to handle an inheritance, however the judge is Königstein Taunus decided he doesn’t do anything wrong.

Security deposit accounts for my tenants are not transfered.

Dr. Stefan Exner fails to provide yearly financial reports of the estate.

This and other violations of my rights in Germany are the major reason why I don’t live there anymore.

20241021: Exner has not replied to my request for the tax report 2022.
