Dear Sir or Madam,
I received your letter dated 08/12/2024.
I return the documentation to your relief.
The demand is a violation of the double taxation laws between Germany and the United States and has to be processed as fraud and false accusation. This case is reported to law enforcement agencies.
Furthermore, this case is being worked under the responsibility of an identified clerk in Austin. The fact that I am contacted by two different individuals from the IRS is another proof of wrongdoing. It reminds me of psychological warfare through the double bind technology.
If you are unfamiliar with international tax law, please contact the responsible department within the IRS. If you are under the impression of fraudulent activities against my person, please contact the internal affairs department of the IRS.
This wrongdoing of the IRS is abuse of power and abuse of office and is documented on my behalf.
This taxable event is under the jurisdiction of Germany and has been paid for in full. Should the United States IRS have any claims for this tax case, please request a refund of tax payments already made in Germany. As soon as I receive a refund of my tax payments made in Germany I will consider looking at your claims.
Until you understand this tax case and its legal background, I will document this as fraud and false accusation.
Please see your paperwork attached.
Sincerely,
Disclaimer.
