brauche dringend den Steuerbericht.

Why is there no administrative control for executors in Germany?

How many times do I need to ask for information from Exner as an executor for the Meyer-Stoll inheritance?

Why can it be, that he is allowed to break the law, his legal obligations for seven years now?

Why is a lawyer and the legal system in Germany not able to rectify the situation for seven years now?

I am entitled to receive yearly financial reports from Exner, I have not received a single one.

I have to ask for the capital gains tax report so many times that it is degrading.

How can tax payments be justified, if an executor and an administration fails to fulfill their legal obligation towards a tax payer?

Exner has not replied yet. It is most interesting, that other reviews notice his intrest for money. Furthermore Stefan Klebow is giving him 5 stars, what for? For unlawful behavior, like when Klebow at the Ausländerbehörde, is it the same person, pulled my German passport in a process that was illegal!? What’s the game here? A little bit too jealous about the Meyer-Stoll inheritance, it wasn’t that much money, so what else is wrong with it? What part of the game do I not understand? The Meyer-Stoll inheritance seems to be a politicized chip in the game of idiosyncracy in the land of the fucking-stupid, that was just created. A really powerful group that is getting away with unlawful behavior for seven years now.

How much clients money it under the control of Exner? It must be a lot if you can afford that non existent work attitude. How many of those clients died, do the unclaimed fund go to the state like in the US?

Exner does not reply, control abd supervisor functions for Exner are either not applied or don’t work.
