I call customer service, I get a reply “This is Laura”. I ask “Are you a real person?”. I ask the same question 3 times, without getting an answer and hang up.

This is impersonating a human being and has to be prosecuted as fraud.

How many times do I have to confirm on the Internet that I am a human, do they need to reply? No! This deserves today’s Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate.

Same thing with an automobile having more rights than a human being in Germany . Techno- fascism!


I order two bicycles to be paid by credit card, the purchase is confirmed by an additional App. I receive a text message, if the purchase is legit, I reply with yes, the card is still blocked, I call and confirm a third time that the payment is okay.

A couple of days later I try to book a rental car and again the credit card payment doesn’t go through.

This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.


Several payments on the credit card didn’t go through, the Filter blocked the transactions saying “nicht vertrauenswürdig”, what Filter is that? What trust is missing when I use the Deutsche Bank credit card with a double and tripple approval process to spend my money as a consumer?
