this outside device has a solar panel to charge automatically. However after two years of use this device runs out of electrical charge.

Customer service tells the customer to change the batteries. Even with new batteries the camera stops working. After demounting the device from a high post outside, and charging per power outlet, it is very clear that the solar panel doesn’t work. This has nothing to do with the batteries.

Replacement solar panels don’t work either.

Why does customer service not know about quality issues with their solar panels?
