another refill is necessary.
Optum send the refill on Feb 5th to CVS.
CVS has not replied at all.
Activating the app, the old prescription is found and again a refill is requested.
The next day the CVS says the refill is out of prescriptions.
Why? there are two active prescriptions of the same medication with different dosage.
The CVS app wants to scan the prescription bottle, that doesn’t work either.
When trying to call the CVS at Oak Street the phone number doesn’t work.
This deserves today’s
“Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.
This is a question for the fucking-stupid : how many phone calls , computer time and other efforts for how many days do you have to do, to get a refill on your prescription?
Another call went through and a nice lady put my order through.
The order could be picked up, great, now we are at the automated checkout, got professional help to apply a coupon, and here we put in the credit card to pay, the clerk had left already and the screen keeps saying “processing please wait”, well the clerk will be surprised to still see us when he goes home. Another clerk notices our pain and says “Well you have to tap credit card on the other screen”, stupid us, how couldn’t we know that.
sales personnel is overchallenged as well to deal with customers, no surprise! I have a masters degree in computer science and I enjoy the condescending behavior of sales personnel, because it shows the eroding social fabric caused by techno-fascism. I am not a part of that, not as a master of Computer Science and not as a customer.
I went to Walgreens and ordered online from Walmart, it went so well and fast I was shocked, I am not expecting normal service anymore.
