The tooth is gone, the virtual abuse is gone, who planted the filling?

The court in Germany rejecting the lawsuit of left and right for the  financial deal: majority dictatorship not anymore through the German parliament but through the legal system in Germany. Example : let us assume the average height of people in Germany is 1.75 meter, majority dictatorship would produce only clothes for individuals 1.75 meters tall. Reality is, that only a known percentage of individuals is exactly 1.75 meters tall, what is this percentage? Theoretically nobody is exactly that tall.
