… Deutsche Bank.
Neither my Giro account bank card nor my Deutsche Bank Master Card are working.
The TAN approval app is installed but doesn’t show any pending transaction to be approved.
Why is neither card working. This is chicane!
A phone call to Deutsche Bank asks for a telephone pin. What does that mean, I cannot talk to anybody at Deutsche Bank without a pin?
What does this mean? I have to carry around all my pins? How? In my wallet or noted on my smartphone? On a piece of paper?
What is the message of such customer service attitude?
This, Germany, is a country, that ignores my rights to receive my information about my tax return receipts, my inheritance reports! Patronizing and mind control violates the law of me, a citizen, a tax payer and hinders my obligation to fulfill my duties, for which any delay is punishable with late fees. Again and again, who is responsible for patronizing individuals on the mind control and motivational level that are violating established legal rights ? I have to accept fees for violating due dates but as a citizen, heir and taxpayer, there is no leverage to enforce individuals that are obligated to reply to me with duty to cooperate.
Nancy Faeser is now virtually noticeable. Why is this connectivity established, she doesn’t remedy my bank cards, my inheritance reports nor tax return.
Markus Söder is virtually noticeable, he doesn’t remedy my banking cards, inheritance reports or tax return failures to cooperate either.
Ursula Gertrud von der Leyen is now virtually noticeable: tell Deutsche Bank to provide proper customer service, tell Exner to follow the law in Germany about being a executor of the Rosemarie Meyer-Stoll inheritance, tell individuals to provide the necessary information to file my 2022 tax return.
Somebody is virtually communicating “hör auf”. Answer : it’s always interesting to hear from the fucking-stupid.
This deserves today’s Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate.
Visiting the branch and talking to staff in person helped, the real problem seems to be the unaccepted delay of snail mail between the United States of America and Germany. A letter from Deutsche Bank to Indianapolis takes 1-6 month.
