The Rockefeller principle : just a little bit more.

Spouses S. occupy a community cellar in the basement of their condominium building and keep the door locked. This is illegal since all three parties of the house should have access to that room. Storage is expensive and the couple S. agrees to pay €20 to the other owners for their exclusive use of the basement room.

However, it doesn’t take long until they stop paying. The cellar remains locked. The couple S., one of many examples of individuals getting old but who never grew up. It is not a surprise that those tenants seem to be aligned to further illegal behavior of their landlord. They are a nuisance, the toxic individuals that everybody tries to keep out of their lives.
