… Optum and CVS.

My prescription medication is running out one week before the yearly physical exam.

I order a refill with Optum, nothing happens.

I order a refill with CVS, nothing happens.

the CVS automated system has two active prescription for the same medication, that is of course false, because the dosage has changed.

There is no confirmation about having a refill requested from Optum.

This process needs improvement, not worse yet for the “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.

One day later I received my refill, everything okay. This is how it should be to begin with.
