ALDI TALK Kundenbetreuung • noreply@alditalk-kundenbetreuung.de
My Alditalk Smartphone, not so smart, deducts six times the allowed recharge amount of €10 in one day from my bank account.
I traveled from Germany to the United States and the phone keeps deducting the allowed amount from my bank account.
This happened vice versa when traveling with my Voda phone from the United States of America to Germany. Voda phone explained, the phones are connecting to the mobile phone towers automatically and expensive roaming charges occur when not in your home country. I shall keep the phone on “airplane mode” to avoid its connectivity to cellphone towers.
Ergo, I keep my US phone (Vodafone) on airplane mode in Germany and my German phone (Alditalk) on airplane mode in the United States of America. That is not the problem.
The problem is, the Aldi talk App. There is no option to write to customer service, calling customer service is not possible the phone would charge tremendous amounts of money, it is not possible to delete my bank account information in the app!!! Is that even legal?!
In that situation Alditalk replies with the info that the verification option is blocked via no-reply email. Any use of a no-reply email of any company is Techno-fascism from my point of view, shuff it down their throat Fascism.
Endlich finde ich das Kontakformular bei Alditalk , aber es kann keine Nachricht geschickt werden, kein Fehler code, “System Issues” ist die Antwort.

Just another case of Techno-Fascism, what happened to human decency?
This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.
