… Amtsgericht in Germany fails to process the sale of a condominium. For nine month now, the Amtsgericht in Koenigstein im Taunus is not able to produce the homeowner association documentation to facilitate the sale. This is completely unacceptable.

This is the same context of continuous malperformance as the executor Exner and the double taxation of the Meyer-Stoll inheritance. How is it possible, that the responsible malperformers can hide for so many years?
