Hausverwaltung in Deutschland funktioniert nicht, es ist ein Mitteln den Eigentümer zu bevormunden. Es ist ein Mitteln die Rechte des Eigentümers einzusckränken. Eine Methode die nicht funktioniert, da die Angestellten der Hausverwaltung kein Interesse im Sinne des Eigentümer haben, sondern das Interesse von sich selbst und Dritten verfolgen.

Der zugrundeliegenden Verkauf definiert keinen klaren Eigentumsübergang.
Seit ersten Januar 2025 bin in nicht mehr Eigentümerin. Die Ansprechpartner der Hausverwaltung sind die Käufer.
Weder ich als Verkäufer, noch die Käufer werden informiert oder zu Eigentümerversammlungen eingeladen. Die Vollmacht meiner Tochter ist erloschen.
Die Hausverwaltung arbeitet nicht ordentlich. Was kann ich da tun?
It is very much noticable, that the rift between me and my daughter is caused to run global processes through her, since she had power of attorney to manage my real-estate in Germany. This power of attorney was revoked in the middle of the year 2024. Any global process that is run by my daughter in my name had to be looked upon as identify theft. A facilitator of this identity theft is Dr. Stefan Exner, since the falsely assumed that the power of attorney includes the Credit Suisse stock portfolio still under the name Rosemarie Meyer-Stoll. The continuous use of the name Rosemarie Meyer-Stoll for my stock portfolio with Credit Suisse /USB has to be prosecuted as identity theft.
It cannot be longer ignored that the Rudzki family, who is connected to the German BND doesn’t understand, that my daughter is no longer involved in this particular situation about this particular condominium. Ms. Rudzki rambles in a shuff it down their throat monolog, she was a teacher. Ms. Rudzki claims everybody was informed, this is a false statement!
It is also not clear why Dr. Klaus Meyer said the two condominiums should never be separated. The smaller one is or was in sole possession of my daughter and the bigger one was sold to a buyer. Therefore they are separated, what behind the scenes process was changed by doing so?
Hübner and Schäfer, owned by Arian and Arash Hatami, a homeowner association, fails to work with correct addresses for condominiums in Koenigstein im Taunus. Several efforts to let them know the legal recipient for homeowner mail failed, those efforts are ongoing for at least 8 month. This is very unprofessional and deserverves today’s Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate.
