I get a 9 page paper invoice from FedEx, a shipment from Austria to Indianapolis of “Manner” cookies.

Neither the webpage

http://www.fedex.com/payment

nor the customer service line

1 800-463-3339

are able to provide satisfying customer service, the Website doesn’t even find the invoice in their system, the phone call doesn’t even find the payment option.

A simple online credit card payment cannot be processed successfully within 15 minutes.

This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.

you just proved that you haven’t understood the problem, please read my initial email and send me the correct answer. Are you a human being or an artifical answering algorithm? What I am telling you is that your website to pay this bill is not working, because the invoice number cannot be found.
