I try to implement 2 very simple changes for my Google mail account :

I want to add 2 phone numbers in my signature. The Signature text, that I am already using cannot be displayed. By trying to find this, I notice an old phone number that cannot be deleted.

This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.

A company like Google that prides itself for artificial intelligence applications and cannot get the basics right is just ridiculous.

Google App Play Store : the App sends invoices for a plant identifying App that is not even installed. When looking up the credit card settings there is a list of at least 10 credit cards that are expired, when trying to delete those old historic credit cards App doesn’t allow to delete them. There are three plant identifying App coming up, it is not clear which one is sending the invoices. Furthermore the Google Play Store App assigned an Avatar and a virtual identity to my person by its own with the threatening name “EllipticalBait6”. This name can also not be deleted. This deserves today’s “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”. It is possible to delete the Google Play Games account at least that one worked.
