Back in Germany, the passport control at the airport is again asking for my address, this is the 4th time in 6 month. Supposedly the prosecutors office in Saarbrücken has an investigation about what? Today luckily I received the file number: 04 JS 2071/25. At least something.

The police officer is asking what am I doing in Germany, vaccination is my answer, visiting friends and family. That seems suspicious to them. Well it might be, since I document all those interesting stories. It is most interesting that the German prosecutors office didn’t do anything when they were suppose to protect my rights. Then, when you write about it, they find a reason to work against you. Well that’s what I call success! Somebody is trying to cover-up wrongdoing by fighting back. To be continued.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Hiermit erstatte ich Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde gegen den/die ermittelten Staatanwalt/Staatsanwältin wegen Belästigung: ich werde seit 2025 bei jeder Ein- und Ausreise nach meiner Adresse gefragt, dies insgesamt viermal. Jedesmal gebe ich meine Adresse an, habe aber bis heute keinen Brief von der Staatsanwaltschaft erhalten, worum es eigendlich geht. Ich setzen Ihnen hermit eine Frist bis zum 31. Mai 2026 die Sache zu bearbeiten und die ständige Belästigung am Flughafen zu unterlassen. Es geht hier offensichtlich nicht um Informationsbedarf sondern um Nötigung.
Deutsche Bahn : the train ICE 101 from platform 5 is not listed, the online app and the information at the platform are two different stories. They show a train at 2 am at 7 am, they are a little bit behind. Now that I documented this, the information at the platform was corrected.
case study in Germany : my friends, an elderly couple, sign a sales contract with a realtor, Dieter M. in Niederaula, to sell their condo. They receive a land registry entry for the commission, nothing was sold yet. The realtor, who is not a realtor at all but a marketing business to find a buyer, explains that the entry in the land register is legal, because he cannot run after the heirs to get his commission. The elderly couple was not aware they signed an authorization for a land register entry. To me this sounds like fraudulent business practice of Dieter M. in Niederaula, Germany.
