Nachdem ich die Post der Deutschen Bank vom 29. Juli 2025 erhalten habe, funktioniert das Online Banking immernoch nicht.

Ich rufe eine Frau John vom Telefon Banking an, Sie kann mir meine Online Banking ID nennen, aber das war auch alles.

Angeblich soll ich einen sechstelligen Telefonpin haben, ich habe aber nur einen fünfstelligen.

Wann mir die Deutsche Bank einen sechstelligen Telefonpin geschickt hat, kann mir Frau John nicht sagen.

Auch findet Frau John meine Telefonnummern nicht in ihrem System.

Nach 15 Minuten legt Frau John entnervt auf, ich solle doch gefälligst in meinen Unterlagen nachschauen.

Es ist möglich daß ich diese Post nie erhalten habe, denn die Deutsche Bank erkennt meine Adresse in den USA nicht an. Das geht auf das deutsche Bundesfinanzministerium zurück, die nicht wissen, daß der Führerschein in USA ein gültiger Lichtbildausweis mit Adresse ist. Nun ja, das Finanzministerium in Deutschland hat von sauberer Datenverarbeitung keine Ahnung, was es schon durch unsaubere Cum-ex Geschäfte beweißt: da werden Leerverkäufe getätigt weil Datumsfelder fehlen. So doof sind wir Informatiker aber nicht!

Also ich finde Frau John sollte nicht im Customer Service arbeiten, sie ist ungeeignet.

Nachdem ich das Gespräch mit Frau John beendet habe und während ich diesen Artikel schreibe erhalte ich einen Spam Anruf auf dem Festnetz meines Aufenthaltsortes, unmittelbar danach erscheint Frau John im Netzwerkdenkenkanal, sie hat wohl eine TAN Ortung durchgeführt. Warum ein TAN, sie hat doch keine einzige Überweisung für mich ausgeführt, obwohl ich sie darum gebeten hatte, aber das hat sie wohl auch nicht verstanden.

Was Frau John als Telefonbanking Pin bezeichnet, ist identisch mit dem Security Code der TAN App.

Auch scheint hier der Deutsche Bank Mitarbeiter unter Zeitdruck zu stehen, es ist eine vorgegebene Zeit abgelaufen und es wird einfach aufgelegt.
