Ich versuche ein Lufthansa ticket zu buchen und habe es schon 5 mal probiert, die Zahlung mit meiner Deutsche Bank Kreditkarte geht nicht durch, der “BestSign” pin wird nicht erkannt.

Nach drei Anrufen bei der Deutschen Bank IT ist das Problem klar : die neue Deutsche Bank App kann die “BestSign” als Verarbeitungsmethode nicht installieren, man soll über Google die Deutsche Bank App herunterladen aber man ist ja schon drin ! Der Verarbeitungdprozess befindet sich in einer Schleife.

Das verdient das heutigen “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.

Ein weiterer Anruf bei der Deutschen Bank IT : ich werde auf ein anderes Menu dirigiert, dort gebe ich die BestSign Prozedur und das Password an. Danach versuche ich nochmals ein Lufthansa Ticket zu buchen, zum siebten mal, das Ticket ist mittlerweile €50 teuerer. Die Kreditkartenbuchung wird wieder abgelehnt.

Seit drei Tagen ist es nicht möglich, einen Flug bei Lufthansa zu buchen und mit einer Deutsche Bank Kreditkarte zu bezahlen.

Dann soll ich mir in den Nachrichten anschauen, daß die künstliche Intelligenz ein neuer großer Wirtschaftsfaktor ist, da kann ich als Diplominformatikerin nur sagen “Volksverblödung pur”.

Ein weiterer Anruf bei der Deutschen Bank ergibt, das die vorherige Eingabe des numerischen Internet Pins doch nicht erfolgt war. Es wurde wohl lediglich die Verknüpfung der BestSign Prozedur mit alphanumerischem pin bestätigt. Von welchem Pin reden sie denn eigendlich?

Dann wird der internet pin erkannt und nochmals mit einer TAN Nummer per SMS verprobt.

Endlich hat es funktioniert, drei Tage später habe ich mein Lufthansa Ticket. Der Zeitaufwand von ca. 3 Stunden ist inakzeptabel. Aber immer noch besser als WhatsApp, wo noch nicht mal die SIM Karte verprobt wird und man Betrügern zum Fraß vorgeworfen wird.

However WhatsApp runs conversation through this number, that is not validated with a SIM card and allows criminals to ask for money anonymously.

Meta and WhatsApp sound more than ridiculous to allow such fraud schemes while advertising artifical intelligence products. How fucking-stupid do they think their customers are?

The victim for this money fraud, swindling money, is an elderly person who reacts to a “Reiz”, appeal, stimulus, charm, impulse, glamor, savor, glamour. He also believes in hope, even if it is false hope. The victim knows it is wrong but cannot act accordingly. This is psychological programming that hasn’t been controlled nor eliminated in the Internet channels nor was any deprogramming applied. Buy a EMF hat to protect yourself!

My friends complain, that they cannot delete the Facebook account of a loved one who has passed on. Indeed it is identiy theft and violation of Terms and Conditions if any account cannot be deleted. My friends also complain, that they cannot delete their own account.

Google at least learned their lessen, I got several Emails about old Email accounts that were inactive for more than two years. Since I didn’t claim them, they are hopefully deleted by now. Why isn’t Meta doing that? Obviously they feed artifical intelligence programs with their customer data regardless if they are dead or alive or if they want to close their account. Mark Zuckerberg who wrote his first program to find the sexiest women on campus doesn’t know how to program a network algorithm with retired objects and connections. Of course they don’t want that because their search algorithms would need to stop. An algorithm to eliminate an account snowballs because of the complexity of networking. Then Meta would need to eliminate objects without any connectivity left, orphans. All Meta seems to be interpreted in is identiy theft. I am glad I never worked with a Facebook account. The Problems with WhatsApp are serious enough.
