hier habe ich Ihr Schreiben gelesen und zur Akte gelegt. Sie haben ein Antrag auf Wiedereinbürgerung nach § 13 StAG gestellt.
Daraufhin  wurde Ihnen ein Schreiben zugesandt in dem gebeten wird, Unterlagen zu senden die eine Beibehaltungsgenehmigung zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Einbürgerung in die USA begründen könnten.
Dann eingereichte Unterlagen (Dokumente) werden geprüft ob eine  “verpasste  Beibehaltungsgenehmigung” vorliegt.
Wenn diese Prüfung für Sie positiv verläuft wird das Verfahren weitergeführt

Sehr geehrter Herr Seefeld,

Ich habe die Frage beantwortet : ich habe Familie und Immobilienbesitz in Deutschland, ich zahle in Deutschland Steuern.
Die verpasste Beibehaltungserklärung zum Zeitpunkt der US Einbürgerung ist dadurch zu erklären, daß ich nach dieser langen Wartezeit die US Einbürgerung nicht gefährden wollte. Die US Staatsbürgerschaft ist für mich wichtiger, da ich hier meine Rente bekomme, was ab dem 65. Lebensjahr die Krankenversicherung beinhaltet. Dennoch plane ich, sollte ich meinen derzeitigen Ehegatte überleben, nach Deutschland zurück zu kehren.
Die Frage ist wohl, warum ich überhaupt die amerikanische Staatsbürgerschaft angenommen habe. Auch diese Frage habe ich beantwortet : ab dem Jahr 2006 waren Fehler in den virtuellen Prozessen von SAP Projekten wahrnehmbar, um diesen Fehler zu korrigieren war es notwendig auch SAP Projekte in den USA zu bekommen, die eine US Staatsbürgerschaft verlangten.
Über das ungesetzliche Verhalten von Dr. Stefan Exner in Dessau in Bezug auf die Testamentsvollstreckung “Rosemarie Meyer-Stoll” werde ich gegen meinen Willen zwangsbevormundet. Warum ist es da von Vorteil für Deutschland oder die USA, daß ich die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft nicht mehr habe?

Friedrich Merz ist nun im Thinktank wahrnehmbar.

Ihr Schreiben erweckt bei mir den Eindruck, daß von Ihrer Seite kein Interesse an meiner Einbürgerung besteht.

Ich strebe die Doppelstaatsbürgerschaft an. Ich bin erst im 34. Lebensjahr in die USA ausgewandert und die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft wurde in meinem 59. Lebensjahr entzogen, die Art und Weise wie das gemacht wurde war rechtswidrig. Ich hatte ja vier Jahre die Doppelstaatsbürgerschaft. Das muß ja geprüft worden sein.

Nun ja, dann warten wir mal die Entscheidung ab. Vielleicht können Sie es ja nicht machen, weil die Amerikaner es nicht so wollen.

Nach eigener Aussage erhielten Sie die US-Einbürgerungsurkunde im Jahr 2013. (Bitte reichen sie  eine beglaubigte Kopie hierzu ein.
Ihre Beibehaltungsgenehmigung die im Jahre 2007 ausgestellt wurde war  bis zum Jahr 2009 gültig.
Diese wurde nicht abgeholt.  Danach verfiel die Gültigkeit der Urkunde.
Jetzt ist eine erneute Prüfung, ob Ihnen eine Beibehaltung der deutschen Staatsangehörigkeit zum Zeitpunkt der Einbürgerung, ausgestellt wurde nötig.

Sehr geehrter Herr Seefeldt,

zum Zeitpunkt der Einbürgerung in den USA lag kein neuer, zweiter, Antrag für eine Beibehaltungserklärung vor, ich habe ihn nie gestellt. Da sich mein Bemühen auch die amerikanische Staatsbürgerschaft zu erhalten über viele Jahre erstreckte, wollte ich den Vorgang nicht durch die Antragstellung der Beibehaltungserklärung unterbrechen. In den USA geht das Verfahren kaputt, wenn man von einem Staat in den anderen umzieht, was ich wegen meiner Karriere als unabhängiger SAP Berater häufig machen mußte. Das SAP System war und ist sehr korruptionsanfällig, Korruption zu dulden oder mitzumachen um eine langfristige Beschäftigung zu erreichen war weder mein Geschäftsmodel noch ist es meine Persönlichkeit. Der amerikanische Einwanderungsantrag dauert mehr als zwei Jahre und verfällt, wenn man in einen anderen Staat umzieht. SAP Projekte ware selten länger als ein Jahr. Leider hatte mein Gatten, Oswald LeWinter, dessen Rolle in unserer Familie die des Hausmannes war, hier keine Stabiliät produziert. Im Gegenteil, seine Abenteuer und seine Abwesenheit bewirkten, daß ich nicht zu Projekten reisen konnte, sondern ständig umziehen mußte. Dies hat dann auch die Beziehung zu meiner Tochter zerrüttet, was bis heute ein Problem ist.

Hier soll ich Regelungen einhalten, die komplet unpraktikabel sind, die Begrenzung der Beibehaltungserklärung auf 2 mal zwei Jahre ist im Gesetz gar nicht vorgesehen sondern eine unsinnige Verwaltungsanordung.

Im übrigen werde ich hier auf Einhaltung von Gesetzen und Regelungen festgelegt, auf die in anderen Fällen großzügig und zu meinem Nachteil verzichtet wird. z. B. meine Namensführung als Eva Maria Lewinter, mein Rechtsanspruch mich um meine sterbenden Eltern kümmern zu dürfen, oder daß Testamentsvollstrecker Dr. Exner deutsche Gesetz mißachtet, die er mir gegenüber als Erbin von Dr. Rosemarie Meyer-Stoll einhalten muß und dies seit 8 Jahren nicht tut.

Hier ist eindeutig erkennbar, daß ich zweimal geknebelt werde : einmal über das Einhalten von Gesetzen die praktisch nicht einzuhalten sind und zum anderen indem man (Exner) großzügig erlaubt Gesetze, die zu meinem Schutz dienen, zu mißachten.

Ich bin wohl sehr mächtig, daß man mit solch schrägen Methoden zu meinem Nachteil agiert.

Das Fehlen der konstruktiven Mitwirkung ist wohl eher auf Seiten des Deutschen Staates, der nicht mehr versteht welches Unrecht den gebürtigen Deutschen entsteht. Wieso hat man denn solche Angst vor den Wahlergebnissen? Betriebsblindheit nennt man das wohl. Da bin ich doch froh, daß ich nicht mehr deutsche Staatsbürgerin bin. Man macht im Leben wohl einiges instinktiv richtig.
