Die Doppelbesteuerung in Deutschland verletzt das Grundrecht der Deutschen und ist ein internationaler Rechtsverstoß. Damit erscheint Deutschland als Verbrecherstaatregime in dem nur noch abgezockt wird ohne dass den Steuern eine Dienstleistung entgegensteht. Verletzung des “Fair-Value Prinzips”: für ein Produkt oder eine Dienstleistung muss eine faire Kalkulation (product costing) existieren. Wenn der Staat kriminell handelt, dann kann man gleich zu den Kriminellen gehen.
Als amerikanischer Bewohner in Deutschland ist es eben nicht möglich, dass Deutschland alle amerikanischen Gesetze gegenüber Amerikanern aushebelt. Die Tatsache, dass ich als Amerikanerin (gebürtige Deutsche ohne Doppelstaatbürgerschaft) in Deutschland lebe heißt, dass für mich auch amerikanische Gesetzt in Deutschland gelten. Wenn die Gesetzgebung beider Länder im Widerspruch steht, muss dies international geklärt werden.
Wenn die Menschen einen Währung wären, dann wäre die Wuhan Virus Epidemie ein negativer Zins. Die Bilanz geht nicht auf, man entlässt Menschen, geht die Bilanz weltweit nicht auf tötet man sie. Genau, und das nenne sie Wirtschaft.
