Nachdem die Korrespondenz bereits dreimal hin und her geschickt wurde, ist diese Sparkasse nicht in der Lage die neue Adresse zu akzeptieren. Man muss sich auch hier fragen: Wie bescheuert ist das? Die Adressaenderung wird verweigert weil ein Formular nicht richtig ausgefuellt wurde. Dabei hat diese Sparkasse bereits diese Daten. Volksverbloedung pur. Wissen diese Mitarbeiter nicht wo sie nachschauen muessen? Ist es meine Aufgabe als Kunde die Mitarbeiter der Sparkasse zu managen?
