Auch im Dezember 2023 hat Exner keinen jährlichen Finanzbericht vorgelegt, wozu er gesetzlich nach BGB verpflichtet ist, er hat noch überhaupt keine Abrechnung vorgelegt. Das Amtsgericht meint er mache nichts falsch und ich solle mich selbst darum kümmern. Auf meine letzten beiden Emails hat er nicht geantwortet. Es liegt mir kein Steuerbericht der Crédit Suisse für das Jahr 2022 vor (den ich für meine ESt brauche) , auch das macht er nicht. Das letzte mal hatte er den Bericht auf seinem Computer nicht gefunden und man musste ihm über die Schulter schauen um ihm zu beweisen daß er tatsächlich vorliegt. Schon 2018 hatte die Rechtsanwältin auf geschäftsunfähig plädiert, dies wurde vom Gericht abgewiesen: da Exner sein Honorar von €90.000,- schon vorab kassiert hat, was er nicht darf, es ist erst fällig nachdem er die Testamentsvollstreckung abgeschlossen hat, wäre also bei einem Wechsel des Testamentsvollstreckers das Honorar zweimal angefallen, deswegen macht man das nicht.

Anstatt das Exner auf meine Email antwortet, oder einen Brief an meine Postanschriftlich schreibt , ruft er meine Tochter an, die mit dieser Sache gar nichts zu tun hat. Er muß einfach ständig beweisen wie unprofessionel er ist. Dort sagt er das Crédit Suisse Konto werde auf mich übertragen. Dies hat er schon vor drei Jahren gesagt und nichts war passiert: er wollte das Konto von der Crédit Suisse bei meiner Bank auf seinen Namen anlegen lassen, das hat die Bank zum Glück nicht mitgemacht! Bei so viel Mist kann man nur noch den Kopf schütteln.
