ich habe ihr Schreiben vom 4.April 2023 erhalten.

Am 20. April 2023 habe ich Dr. Stefan Exner persönlich in Dessau besucht und ihn erneut beauftragt, eine Auszahlung aus meinem Vermögen vorzunehmen. Auch diese erneute Aufforderung, die er zugesagt hat, hat er bis heute nicht erfüllt.

Herr E. M. aus Eschborn war Zeuge dieses Gesprächs.

Wenn Dr. Stefan Exner die angeforderte Summe überweist, bin ich gerne bereit, die ausstehenden Krankenversicherungsgebühren zu überweisen. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Nachzahlung fuer das Jahr 2019 von €8000, – und eine Nachzahlung von €3000, – fuer das Jahr 2020, die in keiner meiner Steuererklaerungen als einkommensvermindert aufgefuehrt wurde.

Das Amtsgericht in Königstein im Taunus hat beschlossen, dass Dr. Stefan Exner in der Testamentsvollstreckung Meyer-Stoll nichts falsch macht.

Der hier dargestellte Dauerkonflikt, der sich nun schon ueber mehr als 5 Jahre hin zieht, hat mich veranlasst Deutschland zu verlassen. Man kann Deutschland als Rechtsstaat nicht mehr Ernst nehmen.
