When traveling to Windhoek in Namibia in mid December , flying out from Frankfurt Germany, the police officer at the airport passport control made me aware of an entry in their system, that the “Staatsanwaltschaft Saarbrücken” , the prosecutors office in Saarbrücken Germany, has a request to determine my address. They don’t know my adress? This is funny, I think. I show my legal adress in Indianapolis and I tell the police officer if it is urgent to use my post agent’s address in Eschborn Germany. Upon my return from Windhoek the passport control, this time at Munich Airport, asks the same question again, what is your legal adress. Again I cooperate and tell them I am looking forward to reply to the letter of the prosecutors office in Saarbrücken, since I am easy going and very transparent. The police officer tells me, that the subject matter is “Nachstellungen”. Okay what is that?
When I arrive at my friend’s home, who serves as a post agent, there is no letter from Saarbrücken’s prosecutors office, I call home to Indianapolis, there is no letter either.
I guess I have to wait and see what this is about. Mail between Germany and the United States of America can take 6 weeks or longer.
Wondering where this is coming from, my friends speculate it has to do with the 150K fraud scheme in which my friend N.P.B. from Losheim became victimized. And when contacting him he knows what “Nachstellungen” is, surprise, surprise. My daughter wouldn’t do that because she is too busy.
He writes in German: “Nachstellung ist wenn man jemand verfolgt um ihn zu überprüfen und um das was man herausfinden wird gegen ihn veröffentlichen will.”

This is interesting. It clearly shows the warped mind behind this accusation, a warped mind that keeps ignoring other legal aspects. The strategy is : we ignore your legal rights and when you complain about it, we accuse you of complaining. It’s a no-win situation. Corruption and lawlessness tries to protect itself. However it’s only one step towards its self-destruction. Because the dynamic raises the question, why is there activity from the prosecutors office to harm a specific individual whereas there is no activity to protect that very same individuals legal, moral and ethical rights (laws are not always ethical as we know from the Nazi terror regime). That ignorance is so outrageous, that it sounds like a bad joke and yes it has to be described in full detail to state the fact. Like e. g. S. Exner’s lawless behavior or the passivity of police and prosecutors in regards to N. P. B., who fell victim to an evil fraud scheme. It’s the “kill the messenger” dynamic. Corruption tries to protect itself – before it collapses.
January 19th 2026, I call Saarbrücken prosecutors office and get no answer, they recommend to ask the airport police for the file reference number. Munich Airport passport control again ask me for my address, they are saying on the phone “yes, she is still the same”, glad I didn’t change, lol, They are not authorized to tell me the file reference number or the matter subject. The German “Amtsschimmel” is awake, however not to protect my legal rights in almost 10 years or since 2006, when virtual connectivity started to go wrong.
