Hapimag Berlin Zoo.

Ein Konzertabend ist angesagt und wir übernachten im Hapimag Berlin Zoo. Mein Gast kommt schon einen Tag früher an, jedoch wird ihr der Zugang zum Apartment verweigert, das obwohl sie mit Namen und Anreisedatum per Email angekündigt wurde. Sie erhält 3 Zimmerzugangskarten, die falsch programmiert sind und wir stehen vor verschlossenen Tür. Morgens um 7:30 gehe ich in die Lobby um nach den bestellen Brötchen zu sehen. Keine Brötchen, kein Personal in der Lobby, ich stehe vor verschlossener Tür, meine müden Zimmergenossen hören weder mein klopfen noch meine Telefonanrufe. Brötchen ab 8:30 und Rezeption ab 9:00 Uhr halte ich für einen Witz und ich bin Langschläfer.

Nach vierzig Minuten merken meine Zimmergenossen, das ich klopfe, Nein es war kein Handwerkerlärm oder das Zimmermädchen.

Das Piano Konzert am Vorabend war eine Wucht, wie kann man so toll spielen? Der Piano Salon war allerdings eine Entäuschung: eine Rumpelkammer mit Dackel und das Piano wird 20 Minuten vor dem Auftritt ohrenbetäubend erst einmal gestimmt. Das fühlt sich so an als ob sie in ein fine dining Restaurant gehen und man Ihnen erst mal auf den Tisch kotzt. Aber wir sind ja so liberal, daß es zur Mode geworden ist keine adequate Leistung für den teuer bezahlten Kundenservice zu bekommen, damit wir uns in unserem überzogenen  Verständnis füreinander ahlen können.
