Vodafone lagert ihren Geschaeftsprozess zur Kuendigung eines Vertrages einfach an die oeffentliche Verwaltung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland aus. Das heisst der Steuerzahler soll die Abwicklung eines Geschaeftsprozess von Vodafone bezahlen. Damit hat sich Vodafone und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland den “Computer Detectives Fucking-Stupid Award” des heutigen Tages verdient. Denn alles was die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hier tut ist Volksverbloedung indem die Forderung an ein privates Inkasso Unternehmen weitergeleitet wird und dafuer gesorgt wird, dass die “Zahlungsunfaehigkeit” die Kreditwuerdigkeit des Kunden in der Schufa senkt. Aber dennoch bleibt der Kunde/Konsument Koenig, denn Vodafone und Deutschland braucht man ja nun wirklich nicht. Es gibt immer eine besser Alternative.

Why is the German legal system unable to correct the unlawful behavior of an executor? There are laws in the US e. g. to send taxpayers their documentation within January for each year so they can finish their tax return within April of each year. Germany in comparison doesn’t provide legislation for a tax payer to receive proper documentation in a timely manner, if there is a complete failure for documentation being provided this corrupted legal system declares nothing was done wrong. That doesn’t prevent authorities in Germany to send fines for not presenting a tax return. Can I use travel expense for collecting tax relevant documentation as a tax deductible? Can I use the cost of German legislation not doing it’s work it is obligated to by law for tax deductible ? Taxes are paid so that work is done for citizens, if authorities (in Germany) fail to do their work, do I get my taxes back, or can I charge authorities for the cost that incurred? Administration in Germany is a self-serving establishment working against the taxpayer they live from : a system that is setup to collapse. Not really selling weapons to destroy human live will always increase the balance sheet of any such country.
