Die Kanzlei und Dr. Stefan Exner sind unfaehig ueber einen Zeitraum von mehr als einem Jahr diesen Bericht auszuhaendigen. Das Amtsgericht Koenigstein im Taunus meint er mache nichts falsch.

Seit mehreren Jahren gibt es gesetzwidriges Verhalten von Dr Stefan Exner aus Dessau als Testamentsvollstrecker Erbschaft Meyer-Stoll.
Das zustaendige Amtsgericht Koenigstein im Taunus meint er mache nichts falsch und ich solle mich selbst kuemmern. Eine Fachanwaeltin K. hat nichts erreicht aber weitere Belastungen von €27.000 verursacht.
Dieser Fall ist eine Belastung durch passive Aggresion, so dass ich ins Ausland verzogen bin und auch im Jahr 2018 nach 5 Jahren Doppelstaatsbuergerschaft meine deutsche Staatsangehoerigkeit verloren habe. Ich werde diesen Fall weiter oeffentlich dokumentiern, denn was hier passiert ist eine Zumutung und widerspricht dem BGB.
Bitte setzen sie sich dafuer ein, dass Exner seine Arbeit als Testamentsvollstrecker richtig macht!
