Nach 6 Monaten, schreibe ich der Sparkasse Suedholstein, dass sich meine Adresse geaendert hat. Der Nachsendeauftrag laeuft bald aus und man sollte meinen, dass die Sparkasse Suedholstein in der Lage ist eine Adressaenderung vorzunehmen. Weit gefehlt. Nachdem die Korrespondenz bereits dreimal hin und her geschickt wurde, ist diese Sparkasse nicht in der Lage die neue Adresse zu akzeptieren. Man muss sich auch hier fragen: Wie bescheuert ist das? Die Adressaenderung wird verweigert weil ein Formular nicht richtig ausgefuellt wurde. Dabei hat diese Sparkasse bereits diese Daten. Volksverbloedung pur. Wissen diese Mitarbeiter nicht wo sie nachschauen muessen? Ist es meine Aufgabe als Kunde die Mitarbeiter der Sparkasse zu managen?
