Let us assume there is a global control through the role time-activity-functions, what would they have to say?

The movie Clear and Present Danger (1994) explained in a very understandable way how a dirty war is fought: without agreement of Congress, with a variable and with some fearless mercenaries, who eventually ask for the responsible supervisors. Twenty-eight years later, the word has drones and war games played from war rooms. There is a person in the field called variable and there are mercenaries. They are managed by war games computers, in the movie it would be the satellite link. The President of the United States and congress have defined functions in a war situation. War has to be declared. There was no war declaration of either side in regards to the Russians invasion into Crimea or Ukraine. Therefore this is a illegal war, how can it be funded? As an act against terrorism? That means that people have access to the war room that are not authorized and they play war while the responsible individuals are watching. This means that global control has to stop the illegal war to control the nuclear threat.
Now I ask you: who has the US Presidential Passwords and are they authorized to have them?
(1) Hunter Biden?
(2) Barack Obama?
(3) Amal and Georg Clooney?
(4) unknow hackers?
(5) known hackers?
(6) Julian Assange?
(7) Edward Snowden?
Who has Russian presidential passwords and are they authorized to have them?
(1) oligarchs?
(2) Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov
(3) Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev?
It is amazing, that individuals can turn two countries against each other when generations have spend a loft of effort to avoid a cold war and to avoid the cruelty that happened in WWII. President Trump already recommended to Zelenskyy to negotiate with Putin. He refused to do so!
The mistake was made during the invasion of Crimea: the believe that military action can be responded with economic sanction is a false strategy, now why? the gun at the knife fight. That’s why! But that is the past.

Again economic sanctions destroy whatever was done with efforts to built a global economy.
Now lets look at global control from the point of view of a mother and a father and a farter:
They have one hundred ninety five children. When two of them are fighting both get detention. If any of them commits a crime they go to jail!

Now here is the best mother and father family story: a mother an a father are sitting with their two children in the restaurant and they ask their children to eat their spaghetti. The younger of the two boys takes his plate and fires it through the room. The parents are very embarrassed and all guest of the restaurant are upset. Instead of immediately punishing the boy with a slap, what my mother would have done, that father asks his little son: what is wrong with you, why did you do that? The child replied: My tummy hurts. There are other parents celebrating Mothers Day and they put their child in the bed room for it to relax while they continue celebrating Mothers Day, that child died. It is a big responsibility to have children.
About the Ukraine war: when you only listen to the money ringing in the till , you will never hear what humans have to say. Then you have to ask yourself: are you a friend of the human race? And what are you going to do with all your money? Donate it, so the victims from the massacres can be buried with the respect they deserve?
Dear Mister Zelenskyy, when you are not a part of the solution, you, as an individual, are a part of the problem.
Dear Mister Putin, when you are not a part of the solution, you, as an individual, are a part of the problem.
The world is tired and cannot afford this dirty war!
