Sehr geehrter Herr K.,

Ich nehme ihren Brief vom 21.4.2022 zur Kenntnis und betrachte ihr Bestreben als weiteren Beweis einer Verblödungsmentalität des deutschen Staates gegenüber seinen Bürgern.

Begründung:

Ich versuche seit 5 Jahren genaue Auskunft über die Vermögenswerte der Erbschaft Meyer-Stoll zu bekommen, dies wurde mir durch das Amtsgericht Königstein im Taunus, den Testamentsvollstrecker Dr. Stefan Exner, die Erbschaftsmeldestelle sowie die involvierten Banken verwehrt. Eine Rechtsanwältin, Frau Kühn aus Königstein im Taunus, hat vergeblich versucht den Rechtsweg einzuklagen, die zuständigen Richter sagten es würde nichts falsch gemacht. Da ich keine vollständigen Unterlagen vom Erbe Meyer-Stoll habe, die mir per Gesetz zustehen,  kann ich  auch keine an Sie weiterleiten. Die mir zur Verfügung stehenden Unterlagen haben Sie bereits erhalten. 

Da der deutsche Staat auf der einen Seite meinen Rechte ignoriert, kann er auf der anderen Seite nicht Informationen anfordern, für die er selbst verantwortlich ist, dass ich sie bekomme:  

D.h. da die § des BGB, die meinen Rechte als Erbin betreffen ignoriert werden, können Sie § 284 der Abgabenordnung nicht geltend machen.

Bitte nehmen Sie zur Kenntnis, dass ich die Rechtsbeugung in Deutschland international dokumentiere.

Ich sage daher den Termin zum 19.07.2022 ab, denn es ist nicht meine Verantwortung die fehlenden Finanzberichte beizubringen, sonder die der Verantwortlichen für das Erbe Dr. Meyer-Stoll, d.h. Dr. Stefan Exner und das Nachlassgericht Königstein im Taunus.

hiermit lege ich Widerspruch ein gegen Ihr Schreiben vom 2.5.2022.

Die dort ausgewiesenen Beträge sind falsch und nicht nachvollziehbar.

Sollte Sie ihre unterlagen nicht transparent gestalten werde ich Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs erstatten.

Sie haben bereits erfolgte Zahlungen nicht angerechnet!

Ein Anruf genügt und die Sachbearbeiterin klärt den Fall, keine Warteschlange beim telefonieren, so soll es sein!

Auch am 18.7.2022 schickt die Firma Seghorn eine Rechnung fuer einen Vorgang , der schon erledigt ist. Das ist Betrug. Eines von vielen hier dokumentierten Beispielen, dass Deutschland in einen Morast von Korruption und Gesetzlosigkeit erstickt. Natuerlich ist das auch ein EDV Problem, welches dumme Manager mit schlechten Schulnoten fuer ihre Mitarbeiter verursachen, weil einige von ihnen eben auch korrupt sind. Clinton kassierte um Inder im den US Markt zu bringen, wo lustig mit Bestechlichkeit gearbeitet wird, denn die Bestochenen dienen als Trittbrett fuer die Firmenuebernahme der Bestecher. Bestechung zerstoert eine auf Erfolg und qualitaet basierte Wirtschaft.

Des weiteren brauche ich den Finanzbericht der Jahre 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.

Des weiteren brauche ich ein Nachlassverzeichnis, dass alle Konten und Kontostände enthält.

Des weiteren müssen Sie die Kautionskonto auszahlen, Herr G. wartet immer noch auf seine Auszahlung.

Des weiteren brauche ich den Steuerbericht der Crédit Suisse von 2021, damit ich meine ESt 2021 machen kann!

Dr. Exner ist Anwalt für Handelsrecht, seinen Tätigkeit als Testamentsvollstrecker hat aber mit seinem Beruf nichts zu tun, den Testamentsvollstrecker kann jeder werden. Es nützt also nichts sich wegen dieser Angelegenheit bei der Anwaltskammer zu beschweren. Jedoch wenn es über Testamentsvollstreckung Betrug betreibt, dann ist seinen Lizenz als Anwalt weg!

Dear Sir or Madam,

for almost 5 years now, Dr. Stefan Exner in Dessau Germany, fails to compile a detailed asset list of the inheritance “Meyer-Stoll”, he fails to report in yearly statements the inheritance’s overall value, damage me as heiress by destroying funds of over €10.000,- through malperformance, fails to pay security deposits back to my tenants.

Dr. Stefan Exner is acting negligent, “passive aggressive” and fraudulent and therefore should not at all perform in the authority of a lawyer.
The hired lawyer Fr. Kühn from Königstein, she also fails to do justice, the judges in Königstein falsely claim Exner does nothing wrong, they cannot be taken seriously and therefore all further legal action was stopped.

The fact that Exner and his legal infrastructure’s malperformance is covered-up by authority in Germany is proof that there is a bigger issue.

I suspect a systematic fraud scheme in regards to inheritances through authorities in Germany.

Please investigate in regards to this case!
