Ich überweise jeden Monat €894.94 am 4. an die Techniker Krankenkasse und ich bekomme jeden Monat ein Schreiben in dem die Techniker Krankenkasse behauptet ich hätte meinen Mitgliedsbeitrag von €899.78 zum 15. nicht bezahlt. Dann werden €8.50 Säumniszuschlag und €5,- Mahnkosten berechnet. Das heißt für ein Zahlungsversäumnis von €4,84 werden €12,50 Gebühren belastet! Dreckschweine, wenn sie mich fragen!

Ich bin Diplominfomatikerin und ja ich muss es zugeben, die Saudoofen haben in meinem Berufszweig überhand genommen.

Deutschland soll ein Rechtsstaat sein, davon ist leider nicht viel zu merken!

Das Bedürfnis in Deutschland die Bewohner mit Volksverblödung zu bevormunden ist unübersehbar.

Sehr geehrter Herr K.,

Vielen Dank für Ihr Schreiben vom 21.4.2022.

Ich habe den Testamentsvollstrecker Dr. Exner beauftragt die Gelder aus meinem Vermögen auszuzahlen um meine Zahlungsrückstände zu decken. Neben der TK ist auch die Allianz betroffen. Rechnungsbeträge über €5.000,- kann ich aus den laufenden Einnahmen nicht decken. Im Anhang (1) der Brief von Dr. Exner vom 19.4.2022.

Des weiteren schicke ich Ihnen die ESt 2019 und die ESt Erklärung 2020, 2021 ist noch nicht in Arbeit, da Exner auch hier die notwendigen Unterlagen nicht bereitstellt.

Ich sehe natürlich, dass Sie nur ihre Arbeit machen, aber neben der Zahlungsverweigerung durch passive Aggression von Exner gibt er hier einige andere Ungereimtheiten: die Krankenkassen haben die Angaben meines Steuerberaters immer honoriert. Nun jedoch plötzlich nicht: die Beiträge sind 2019 von ca. €200,- auf fast €900,- herauf gesetzt worden, da ich im Jahr 2019 keine Abschreibungen hatte. Daraus ergeben sich die ca. €7.000,- Nachzahlung. Diese hohen Beiträge sind nun für 2020, 2021 und 2022 gültig. Ich zahle €898.94 jeden Monat an die TK. Als ich der TK die Einkommensteuererklärung für 2020 vorgelegt habe, in der viele Abschreibungen durch Renovierung geltend gemacht wurden, hat die TK verweigert diese Steuererklärung anzurechnen, erst wenn der Steuerbescheid der Finanzamtes vorlegen werden würde, ist die TK bereit die Beiträge anzupassen. Das heißt im Klartext, das die TK mir Geld schuldet aber dennoch eine Vollstreckung anordnet! Nicht nur dass, die TK schuldet mir Geld und verweigert ihre Dienstleistung und sagt wegen der Rückstände wäre nur die Notversorgung möglich.  

Ich bin Diplominformatikerin und ehemalige SAP FI/CO Beraterin und vertraut mit Buchhaltungsvorgängen die perioden- und jahresbezogen funktionieren. 

Sollte Dr. Exner bis 12.5.2022 keine Auszahlung aus meinem Vermögen an mich vorgenommen habe, bin ich gerne bereit den Termin am 19.7.2022 wahrzunehmen.

Da ich viel Zeit und Geld dafür aufgewendet habe eine ordentliche Einkommensteuererklärung zu machen, werde ich ihr Formular nicht ausfüllen, da es von meinem Blickwinkel Machtmissbrauch ist, wenn ein Land mehrfach Finanzerklärungen anfordert ohne für die Rechte der Bürger zu sorgen.

Am 26.4.2022 antwortet eine Frau Keller als Sekretärin der Kanzlei Exner, sie kann jedoch weder einen Telefontermin noch einen Termin in Person machen. Sie sagt sie werde Dr. Exner mitteilen dass ich angerufen habe. Nachdem ich ihr sagen, dass diese dumme Spiel so schon seit Monaten läuft, legt sie einfach auf.
