Am 8. September 2020 habe ich bei Mömax eine Küche gekauft. Über ein Jahr später ist Mömax immer noch nicht in der Lage diese Küche funktionsfähig abzuliefern. Daher meine Empfehlung: kaufen Sie nicht bei Mömax! Mömax arbeitet mit Vertragspartnern für die Küchenmontage, die den Job nicht ausführen können, Mömax arbeitet mit Vertragspartner für die Lieferung, die so spät anliefern, dass der Montagefirma Leerlauf entsteht. Und dann können diese nix: ein Herd und ein Kochfeld wurden falsch ausgeliefert was ein gutes halbes Jahr gedauert hat um es richtig zu installieren. Die Mieterin, eine ältere Dame war schon so eingeschüchtert und genervt, dass sie nicht bemerkt hat, dass die man die Spülmaschine nicht aufmachen kann ohne die Blende abzureisen. Sie benutz die Spülmaschine ja nicht. Da kommt einen neue Firma um die Blende der Spülmaschine richtig zu installieren und anstatt die Arbeit von 5 Minuten einfach zu machen geht dieser Subunternehmer hin montiert die Blende ab, sagt das alles falsch aufgebaut wurde und lässt die alte Dame stehen. Er sagt er käme in zwei Wochen wieder er hätte schließlich ja noch anderes zu tun. So einen Kundenverblödung ist unglaublich, selbst wenn man die Standards der ehemaligen DDR berücksichtigt.

Meinen Empfehlung: kaufen sie nicht bei Mömax!
