Die Firma Holzapfel baut 4 Garagen neu und berechnet dafür €160.000. Damit werden die Garagenmieten auch für Königstein im Taunus so teuer, dass sie nicht mehr vermietete werden können.

Da wird noch nicht einmal darauf geachtete, dass die Fernbedienungen für die Garagenöffner der Firma Zapf funktionieren.

Da der Garagenneubau fehlerhaft und entgegen der Vorgaben durchgeführt wurde, droht die Firma Holzapfel mit Schuldeintragungen im Grundbuch der Eigentümer.

Das Recht für Eigetumsbesitzer sieht so aus: unbezahlte Handwerker können sich einen Eigentümer herauspicken und diesen auf die Gesamtrechnung verklagen.

Deutschland ist kein Rechtsstaat sondern ein schlechter Witz.
