There are individuals in the German train, that have phone conversations on their smartphone about their family members, their status of dementia, incapacitation (Entmündigung, which legally doesn’t exist anymore in Germany) and compulsory admission (Zwangseinweisung). Those individuals are not aware that their smartphone conversation is violating the privacy of their communication partner, why? Their phone shows up in Network connections. Who wants to hear about other families problems in a public train ride? About age discrimination and embarrassment of dependents. Glad they didn’t talk about their erectile dysfunction (of course not, they would never  embarras themselves what they do so thoughtless about their loved ones) . Didn’t want to hear that either. They didn’t need to talk about their social incompetency, it was obvious for everybody that had to listen. Their false understanding is the fact that a private conversation in a public place isn’t private, just because of anonymity.

We were the generation of children who played a lot in nature. Nature in the neighborhood. Then we told our parents about our experiences. Once I noticed something silvery under a piece of moss that I wanted to pull out, it moved and I was startled. It was a small snake or a worm. I didn’t know what it was. So I took the animal home in my pocket. I placed it in a terrarium with moss and leaves. When I told my father about it, he said it was an earthworm and asked me where it was. We went into the laundry room and he said, “That’s a slowworm.”.  He told me to let her go. I said no, I have to feed her so she doesn’t starve. My father told me, “Don’t worry, nature will take care of it.”.  And we released the slowworm into the garden.

What is the message of such customer service attitude?

This, Germany, is a country, that ignores my rights to receive my information about my tax return receipts, my inheritance reports! Patronizing and mind control violates the law of me, a citizen, a tax payer and hinders my obligation to fulfill my duties, for which any delay is  punishable with late fees. Again and again, who is responsible for patronizing individuals on the mind control and motivational level that are violating established legal rights ? I have to accept fees for violating due dates but as a citizen, heir and taxpayer, there is no leverage to enforce individuals that are obligated to reply to me with duty to cooperate.

Nancy Faeser is now virtually noticeable. Why is this connectivity established, she doesn’t remedy my bank cards, my inheritance reports nor tax return.
