Now, I asking myself how this mess with my tax payment for 2017 can occur and cause so much hardship and trouble in my life and family.
Taxes have been paid in Germany and all accounts and transactions have been meticulously reported to the IRS. German tax authority, the Finanzamt, which is the equivalent to the IRS, confirms the receipt of the tax payment. This receipt is also filed with the IRS. Obvious the IRS cannot read German receipts of tax payments.
When discussing the situation over and over with family and friends, in the US, it is questioned all the time if I have paid my taxes in Germany. Why do most of my US friends and family doubt me, whereas my German friends and family concur that the US has no jurisdiction for additional tax payments here because of the double taxation agreement.
What does this tell me?
All my accounts are known to the IRS, finally I would say, I am the bean counter here, doing a systems check.
The system failed.
Obviously, the given accounts have been investigated on the US side for my tax amount being paid in Germany. However on my personal accounts that transaction is not visible.
The business account of executer Exner shows that transaction. He is obligated by German law to send me a yearly statement of the inheritance account and all its activities including the tax payments. He hasn’t sent a statement in seven years, not a single one yet, German collects the tax money but doesn’t do anything to control the accountability of the executer, Stefan Exner in Dessau.
He took money from a stock portfolio (my money!) to pay the taxes, neither the stock portfolio nor the sending account for the tax payment is in my name. So the spy programs cannot find the transaction under my name and they repeat the payment request on their end.
So what does this mean? There is wrongdoing on both sides,which is totally unacceptable. And spying doesn’t help and leads to false conclusions if you have no fucking idea what the correct process is.
This, for sure, deserves another “Computer Detectives Intercouse-Stupid Certificate”.
