In the professional word, the principle of equal pay for equal performance should be sufficient, well it isn’t. Since there are collusions to disadvantage women, there has to be a law to ensure equal rights, equal pay and equal respect.
No does this really work? Our class was the first year of co-education of male and female students. In mathematics it is easy, two and two is four. To enforce equal school ratings, meaning an equal number of people sharing grades between genders, would be false. e. g. 3 female students have grade A and 3 male students have grade A.
